Alto pharmacy is the best ever 😃. When I needed a pharmacy to handle a very large volume of prescriptions. there has never been the slightest indication of a company that had any problems or hiccups during the transition. I have been with larger pharmacies before and they couldn’t handle the volume of my prescriptions …

This pharmacy sounds so good, and for the first delivery it was soooo good. But over the past year I have used them they really struggle with keeping medications in stock, and not notifying me of any shortages until the day they are supposed to deliver my medication. In addition, they won’t transfer my rx, so if it is out of stock I have to go through the hassle of having my doctor send a new rx to a new pharmacy. I also have to say that the customer service is not great. Any time I have tried to call them I have been on hold for at least 45 min. Their email response time is typically 72 hours. I went back to my old pharmacy, it may be less convenient than Alto, but at least it is consistent and the communication is much more timely.

After trying to get my prescription filled at several different pharmacies, they were unable to get pre-authorization. My Dr. gave me the name of Alto Pharmacy. Alto Pharmacy not only got the authorization, but they hand delivered the prescription to me. They're at least 22 miles from me. I can't get my local CVS around the corner to deliver to me. I highly recommend Alto Pharmacy. They can get medications other pharmacies can't supply. They take care of their customers better than family.

Alto communicates by text and email. I am always notified a week before to let me know about delivery and day of Alto does a great job of reminders and keeping me updated on delivery. They are extremely easy to work with and I love not waiting in long pharmacy lines.

I'm really disappointed with this pharmacy as it's my only option for IVF medication. I advise everyone to be cautious when choosing this pharmacy. Out of six delivery attempts, only three were successful, making each delivery wait incredibly nerve-wracking. Due to their delayed deliveries, I missed my medication schedule, which had a significant impact on my entire IVF process.

I need to 100% leave a review for Pharmacist Sherry from Colorado- She absolutely went above and beyond to help me get a prescription filled for one of my patients. Her compassion & care for an absolute stranger was top tier- I will remember her kindness in helping this family forever. Amazing service.

LOL. Company is A joke over charged me 50.00 for my meds and after 3 calls still cant get it refunded. Tried to talk to A supervisor but there to busy with all the complants. Would just like my money that you took without permission. I get better service at fast food restaurants. Going back to CVS at least there not afraid to speek to there customers. Shame on you ALTO this is not A hamburger it is medications very scary that A simple problem cant be fixed can amagine if your also making mistakes on my meds. NO trust in your company.
